Indoor Teepee Tents Hire:

With a choice of theme and number of tents required, we can set up your party including all décor or we have our DIY packages.
You can set up your party, sit back and relax while the little ones enjoy - the next day we collect it all contact free!

You will receive the following items in your hire package to create a magical sleepover:
o Teepee Tent with lights
o Breakfast Tray & Placemat (including décor items specific to the theme )
o Foam Bed - Approx. 150cms x 70 cms & Our larger beds are 160cm x 70cm

(please ensure you have sufficient space prior to booking) 

o Bedding sheet & Blanket- ( You can also use your own bedding- Pillows not provided due to hygiene)
o Lantern/Candle holder with LED candle
o Light up Word Box
o Décor Themed Cushions
o Décor Light
o Bottled water (Themed label)

  • We kindly ask NO smoking 
  • We also kindly ask NO pets allowed in tents, on the Mattresses, bedding and any of the hired décor.

Bell Tents:

Bell Tents - from March to end of September.
All themes can be used for the bell tent hire with a choice of date for weekend hire (Friday to Monday - more nights upon request)
We arrive to set up and add all the décor touches to your hire package - you just need to enjoy making memories - you need to remain inside your home whilst we set up or social distancing .
​Our 4m Bell Tents sleep 4 to 6, and our 5m sleep 6 to 8.

What's included:

*Camp beds, (We provide double air beds on request)

*All bedding which includes a single duvet & a Blanket on each bed

*Theme décor cushions

*Theme décor items, Trays and lots of little extra detailed touches within your theme choice.

(We do not provide a sleeping pillow for hygiene reasons)- Please ask your guests to bring their own pillow.

Brought to your home with our Cozy Dreams pamper bar or can be set up at your chosen venue.

Set up at your wedding venue by us for the children and your guests to enjoy, unwind and relax.
In the evening they can snuggle down with a story book; we provide books, play blocks and colouring and all décor items.

*Our Hire policy must be sign upon our risk assessment. We will discuss this with you upon your set up. 


Terms and Conditions 

Our Cozy Dreams Terms and conditions will be sent to you within your booking in form. Please do take the time to read these. There will be a section for you to tick accept or do not accept. If you accept this is your acceptance to reading them and confirming you understand them.

You will be required to fill out the booking form and submit the form back to us. Once we approve it we will then send you a deposit invoice. Deposits are refunded back to you once equipment is checked and collected.

Cozy Dreams privacy policy is for the documentation and website of Cozy dreams and is presented by Lisa Fulcher owner of Cozy dreams. Cozy Dreams Privacy document outlines the responsibilities and rights of the individuals who choose to use it.

Cozy Dreams  privacy policy will be sent to you upon booking in email confirmation.

A booking & security deposit of £50 for our indoor tents is required at the time booking & £100 for our Bell tent hire. This will be refunded back to you (With in 48hours after the party) once all equipment has been collected and fully checked. Any loss of or damaged/broken items will then result in a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Any bookings that are cancelled within 21 days of your booking date, this will also result in a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
