*Once deposit invoice has been completed, this secures your booking with us
*Email of Booking confirmation sent over to you.
*All Cozy Dreams policy document's sent to you via email
*All Party arrangements liaised between Cozy dreams and your self
*Party balance due one week before party date
*Finale arrangement's made & all completed.
A few little things to bare in mind.
- Measurements prior to booking your party.
- Our Foam mattresses measure 150cm x 75cm & 160cms x 80cms
- Government Guidelines must be adhered
We kindly ask NO smoking
We also kindly ask NO pets allowed in tents, on the Mattresses, bedding and any of the hired décor.
A booking & security deposit of £50 for our indoor tents is required at the time booking & £100 for our Bell tent hire. This will be refunded back to you (With in 48hours after the party) once all equipment has been collected and fully checked. Any loss of or damaged/broken items will then result in a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Any bookings that are cancelled within 21 days of your booking date, this will also result in a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. All our T&Cs are sent to you prior to booking for you to read.
